The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and modernization of existing structures as part of a prestigious £40 million educational construction project in Aberystwyth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and contractors to oversee project budgets.
- Provide detailed cost reports and maintain effective financial oversight.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and construction contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
