We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support for senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating internal and external meetings, and managing calendars.
The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating meetings and managing calendars
- Preparing and distributing reports, correspondence, and other documents
- Maintaining a strong understanding of company policies and procedures
- Participating in general administrative duties, including ad-hoc projects and group events
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Concur is beneficial
