Administrative Excellence in a Fast-Paced Environment

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership, to provide administrative support to our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in managing their workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and event coordination
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings for the leadership team
  • Assisting with planning company events, monthly meetings, and presentations
  • Supporting HR administration tasks, including employee evaluations and record-keeping
  • Office and facilities management, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week worked from home. We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience. If you're a highly motivated and organised individual looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
