We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Woodlands Rehabilitation Service in York. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, and severe neurological conditions.
The successful candidate will have a background working as a band 6 Registered Nurse or previous experience as a band 5 in a neurological setting. They will be able to demonstrate clinical effectiveness by reflecting current evidence base, national guidelines, and use of outcome measures.
The role will involve managing a caseload of complex patients, utilising advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans. The successful candidate will also be able to lead the team on shift and flexibly support colleagues.
