About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on our 20-bed Cardiology and General Medicine ward.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and develop care plans for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Implement and evaluate programmes of care, setting and monitoring standards as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent patient care and support the team in achieving its goals.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Relevant experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in cardiology and general medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
