Christian Outreach Support Worker

">About the Role">

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Christian Outreach Support Worker. As a member of our community, you will provide practical and emotional support to residents, helping them navigate their academic journey and life in Oxford.

  • Build relationships with residents, providing pastoral support and guidance.
  • Facilitate activities and events that promote community engagement and spiritual growth.
  • Work closely with the Warden and other team members to ensure effective support for residents.
  • Contribute to the overall mission and values of New Wine Trust.

Requirements

  • Experience of Christian outreach or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.

Employment Details

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum.

Employer: New Wine Trust.

Accommodation: Free accommodation provided.

Annual leave: 28 days including bank holidays prorated.
