Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and strategic outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify business opportunities and increase sales.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the team.
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or logistics sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a customer-oriented mentality.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems, with multitasking skills and a willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Organised and reliable, with strong teamworking skills and a commitment to delivering results.
- Permanent full-time or part-time employment contract with a competitive salary and performance-related bonus.
