Reservoir Management and Well Intervention Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced Reservoir Management and Well Intervention Lead to join our team in Norwich. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the reservoir management and well intervention teams, ensuring that all aspects of reservoir management are considered, and that well interventions are optimized to maximize production.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading the reservoir management and well intervention teams to ensure that all aspects of reservoir management are considered.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize well interventions and maximize production.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of well intervention are considered, including drilling, completion, and production operations.
The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, plus benefits, which include discretionary bonus, private medical insurance, flexible benefit allowance, life assurance, excellent pension provision, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, flex days, and profit unit sharing scheme.
