Client Investment Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Investment Administrator to join our team at a boutique Private Bank in the heart of London. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level support to our Director and be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including diary management, client liaison, and meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management, client liaison, and meeting scheduling
- Efficiently handle all KYC requests and onboarding processes for new clients, service providers, and counterparties
- Support the firm's compliance activities and ensure all client documentation is stored securely on the company system
- Support the CEO with ad hoc projects, including HR and recruitment, people management, and event organization
- Assist with accounting functions, including invoices, accounts receivable, and payable
- Italian language skills highly desirable
- Strong administrative skills, including diary management, scheduling, and coordinating itineraries
- Previous experience working within private banking and/or fund/asset management highly desirable
- Proactive and hard-working individual who is happy to get involved with a little bit of everything
- Level 4 CISI or Investment Management Qualification
