We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Administration Team Leader to join our Investment Operations team at British International Investment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our debt portfolio, including loan transactions and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Loan Administration team in processing loan transactions and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results.
- Collaborate with our legal and investment teams to ensure operational excellence in debt documentation.
- Manage the investment closing process for all debt investments, ensuring seamless execution and minimal risk.
- Provide expert guidance on loan transactions and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a team leader in a loan administration function, with a strong understanding of debt products and loan administration processes.
- Excellent technical knowledge of loan administration systems, including eFront and Debt Domain.
- Ability to multitask and balance team activities, ensuring deadlines are met and transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult with stakeholders and develop solutions to complex issues.
- Experience working with emerging markets, particularly India, is highly desirable.
