Marketing & Client Services Team Assistant - Global Equity Investment Management

Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional team member to join our Marketing & Client Services team in London. As a Client Services and Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Development & Client Services team in delivering exceptional client service and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities- Client Reporting and Support
- Develop, coordinate, and distribute regular client reports, including commentaries, statements, and questionnaires, within agreed deadlines.
- Navigate the firm's resources to collect information and respond to client requests, including RFPs.
- Provide compliance-approved marketing and sales materials to support the Business Development & Client Services team.
- Be an internal point of contact for all client, consultant, and prospect requests and communications within the EMEA region, providing backup and support to the London Business Development & Client Services Support team.
- Update and maintain relevant information in Salesforce with the Sales team.
- Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms, including any catering, audio/video conference setup, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Process EMEA team expenses in our expense management system, Expensify.
- Assist with general office management, including maintaining supplies and managing the postroom.
- Prepare marketing materials for calls/meetings, manage calendars, print/bind presentations, and perform other ad-hoc tasks.
- College degree (preferred) or relevant financial services experience.
- 1+ years of client reporting or client services experience is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of the asset investment management industry is preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and on-site Monday-Thursday.
