Care Professionals at Sciensus play a vital role in delivering high-quality, holistic care to patients with dementia in their own homes. As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of dementia care and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. A full UK driving license is essential for this position, as you will be required to travel to visit patients in their homes.
