Aerospace Finisher Role at Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services UK

This challenging role involves applying high-quality coatings to aircraft components while ensuring strict adherence to manufacturer's specifications. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential.

Salary Information$35,000 - $45,000 per annum

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should possess an engineer apprenticeship, preferably, with GCSE-level education or equivalent. Proficiency in using handheld spray equipment and previous experience in paint spraying on aircraft components are must-haves. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to use polyurethane paints and epoxy primers. The selected individual will be expected to maintain a Practical Experience Record (PER) book, potentially train personnel, and meet productivity schedules while prioritizing tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • • Engineer apprenticeship, preferably
  • • Educated at least at GCSE level
  • • Competent in the use of handheld spray equipment
  • • Previous paint spraying experience in Aircraft components
  • • Ability to use polyurethane paints and epoxy primers
