Language Empire is a well-established company providing professional interpreting and translation services to the public and private sectors. We are looking for an interpreter who can work in various settings, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and other public and private organisations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interpret with 100% accuracy. You will be required to interpret for people using legal, health, and local government services, and liaise between service users and providers.
Requirements include being fluent in English and another language, having the right to work in the UK, and being aged 21 or over. Formal qualifications such as a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or a Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages are advantageous.
