Operations Communications Coordinator

Ornua Foods is seeking a skilled Operations Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Hub, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content for our internal communications channels, including our regular newsletters, digital and visual communications channels, and intranet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, create, and curate relevant and engaging content for our internal communications channels
  • Create and motivate a network of communications and engagement champions to promote ongoing activities and generate ideas
  • Create and manage the site Information Hub to provide up to date, relevant, and interesting information to colleagues in an appealing format
  • Ensure that all teams, in particular front-line colleagues, are provided with feedback from Be Herd initiatives
  • Support creation and management of a calendar of engagement initiatives, including wellbeing calendar, world culture days, and other ad hoc engagement initiatives
  • Organise, communicate, and facilitate our key engagement events working with our team and external service providers
  • Conduct surveys to measure reach and understanding of communications messaging
  • Provide support to colleagues and managers with team communications and access digital channels
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Comms role (or related role) – could be marketing, HR admin
  • Experience of Microsoft platforms – Powerpoint, Excel
  • Content creation & proofreading across different channels
  • Experience working with an intranet system or CMS
  • Relationship building & communicating at all levels
