Job description:

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues alike. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and caring attitude at all times.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a care setting
  • NVQ Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Working week:

* Nights: 42 hours per week, including every other weekend, with a rotating shift pattern.
