Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Complex Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care to adults and children with complex needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role

As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions. This may include providing assistance with daily living activities, managing medications, and promoting independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Manage medications and provide administration support
  • Promote independence and well-being through personalized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
