About the Job
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team in the Slough area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales pitches to secure new contracts and grow revenue
- Administer administrative tasks associated with the role, including data entry and reporting, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless sales initiatives and projects, achieving business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and knowledge of the FMCG industry, with a track record of success and achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, and negotiate effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation, discipline, and flexibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and identify trends, and make informed decisions
- A valid Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
