Role Overview:
SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Controller to join their team. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £30,000, with uncapped commission earnings potentially reaching up to £60,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the sales team, working in a fast-paced environment to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve sales performance
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:
