Your Role:

We're seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Duck & Waffle. As a key member of our beverage operations, you'll work closely with the Assistant Bar Manager/Bar Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of our drink service.

Our guests choose us for a unique experience, and you'll play a crucial role in making each visit memorable. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, leading a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Your Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- At least 4 years of beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Personal License holder
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- A willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
