Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

Malmaison and Hotel du Vin are seeking a skilled Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for guests.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Manage the flow of customers, ensuring efficient service and minimizing wait times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency in the bar and restaurant operations.

Requirements:
