About the Role:

  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
