Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency across the organization
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  3. Collaborate with maintenance, production, design, and quality departments to drive cultural change and improve skills
  4. Design and deliver training programs to enhance manufacturing processes and quality
  5. Project manage capital investment projects to drive business growth and improvement
  6. Work with suppliers to improve raw material quality and reduce costs
Requirements
  1. Minimum five years' experience managing ISO9001 QMS
  2. Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing, six sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
  3. Experience in supplier quality development and management
  4. Dynamic leadership skills to drive cultural change and improve team performance
  5. Excellent communication and training skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
