As a Teaching Assistant at Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and attainment of pupils in our Primary classrooms. The primary focus of this position is to work collaboratively with teachers to raise the academic achievement and promote the independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion of students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dedicated team environment.
