We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Teaching Assistant to join our Primary classrooms team at Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust. As a key member of our educational support team, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs, promoting their learning and attainment, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
