Job Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students in and out of class, with a focus on delivering interventions and developing strategies to promote learning and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Deliver targeted interventions to help students catch up with their peers
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
• Assist with supervising students at break and lunchtime

Requirements
• Good behavior management skills
• Understanding of strategies to support students with cognitive and learning needs
• Experience of delivering interventions
