We are seeking a Supportive Care Professional to join our team at The Cambian Group.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-18 in a residential setting. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that each individual receives the best possible outcomes and reaches their full potential.

The role involves creating a safe and supportive environment where young people can thrive. This includes ensuring they are up and ready for the day, preparing meals, and engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. You will also contribute to planning and delivering person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

What We Offer

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £24,793 - £26,083 per annum (based on 38 hours per week), depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:

  • 224 hours (5.6 weeks) of annual leave

What We Require

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate our common values: Friendly, Positive, Innovative, Empowering, and Person-Centred. We are committed to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care, so you must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years. You will also need to provide reference information for all positions related to working with children and the vulnerable and details of employment going back to full-time education.
