About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily needs of our residents are met with compassion and dedication.
You will assist with daily living activities, provide support and companionship, and help create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people and develop your skills and career in a fulfilling environment.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work as part of a team, providing flexible and responsive care to meet the changing needs of residents.
- Willingness to undertake training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The estimated salary for this position is £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
