We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients and their families in the Southampton area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric complex care, with experience in managing a caseload of clients with complex needs. You will work closely with a core team of carers, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care services
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management and tracheostomy care
  • Build strong relationships with clients' families and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • RSCN with active NMC registration
  • Supportive management style with a focus on employee development
  • Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Suitable for Band 5/6 Nurses with evidence of leadership and management skills
  • Fully qualified driver required
