Pediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients and their families in the Southampton area.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric complex care, with experience in managing a caseload of clients with complex needs. You will work closely with a core team of carers, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Effectively manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless care services
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
- Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management and tracheostomy care
- Build strong relationships with clients' families and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- RSCN with active NMC registration
- Supportive management style with a focus on employee development
- Up-to-date experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Suitable for Band 5/6 Nurses with evidence of leadership and management skills
- Fully qualified driver required
Benefits:
- Salary: £43,680 per annum (dependent on experience)
