Job Overview

Care Coordinators play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs. As a Care Co-ordinator with Voyage Care Ltd, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.33 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at 50p per hour, and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour. You will also benefit from Wagestream and a funded Blue Light Card.
