SEN Learning Support Specialist

We are looking for a SEN learning support specialist to provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs.
">Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized support to students at their homes or local centres.
- Design and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that helps students build confidence.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a professional and respectful manner.
- Incorporate engaging outdoor activities, such as plant and nature studies, into the curriculum.
- Utilize visual communication methods when necessary.
As a self-employed tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with our dedicated team at Remedy Recruitment Group, referring suitable work, including 1-2-1 sessions for students of any year group, after school or daytime, for home-schooled students.
">Essential Requirements:A valid enhanced child workforce DBS and experience working with SEND students are crucial for this role.
">Salary Range:The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on your level of experience.
