Rikama Education is working with a specialist SEN school in Bromley, providing educational services to students with SEMH and challenging behaviour needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in schools as an HLTA or Cover Teacher, particularly with SEN children in mainstream or specialist settings.

The successful candidate will deliver classes covering for teachers during courses, sickness, holidays, etc., working in small class sizes to optimize learning outcomes. This position offers a long-term contract with opportunities for career progression within the trust.

A dedicated consultant will be assigned to support the candidate throughout their placement. Ongoing professional development training is also available, enabling candidates to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
