SEN Support Specialist

Remedy Tutors is seeking an experienced SEN support specialist to provide face-to-face support to children with ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH or PMLD at their homes or local centres.
About the Role- Plan and deliver tailored lessons and resources to meet individual students' needs.
- Enhance pupils' confidence and self-esteem by applying skills in a supportive manner.
- Manage challenging behaviour effectively in children.
- Potentially engage in outdoor activities that promote learning about plants and nature.
- Leverage visuals to communicate with students who require alternative methods.
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
- Valid enhanced child workforce DBS.
Estimated salary: £28 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience). Remuneration reflects the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable learners.
