A SEN Teaching Assistant role has become available at a leading specialist college for visually impaired young people based in Orpington. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for supporting students with visual impairments, both academically and personally
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans for each student
- Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care when required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of SEN requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
