Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Lead Veterinary Nurse. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient and client care, and leading by example in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient and client care, manage appointments, and handle customer complaints.
  • Team Development: Encourage ongoing professional development, act as a Clinical Coach for Student Veterinary Nurses, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Practice Development: Contribute to the development of our practice, staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary techniques and technologies, and implementing best practices to improve patient care and staff satisfaction.
