Job OverviewWe are excited to invite suitably qualified nurses to join our team and undertake the SCPHN Health Visitor and School Nurse Training program. This comprehensive training program is designed to equip nurses with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of health visiting and school nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of health visiting and school nursing services in our community
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and communities
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Current NMC Registration for nursing or midwifery
- Evidence of applying for NMC registration and confirmed NMC registration within 2 months of the start date
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- A comprehensive training program that includes theoretical and practical components
- Ongoing support and mentorship from experienced health visitors and school nurses
