About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Wincanton in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to the Account Manager, deputising as needed and engaging with Operational, Functional and solution design teams to develop and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales negotiations and bid closing activities, working closely with the BD and Account team to ensure successful transitions of opportunities to the delivery team.
  • Responsible for delivering revenue and volume growth into the Scotland gateway warehousing infrastructure, unlocking new opportunities and markets within the Scottish landscape.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience within Account Management or Business Development, with a strong understanding of the UK logistics industry and supply chain challenges.
  • Two years' experience in supply chain, with a focus on driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding personal sale targets and account growth objectives.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
