Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the healthcare and pharma marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Manage and execute client projects and campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with the wider client services team to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.

Requirements:

  • Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment - ideally 3 yrs.
  • A background of working within a Pharma, Life-science and or Healthcare Marketing/Digital Agency
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail for proofing, deadlines, and estimating.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing.
  • High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
  • Good financial/commercial awareness.
  • Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
