Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the healthcare and pharma marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
- Manage and execute client projects and campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate with the wider client services team to provide exceptional client service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.
Requirements:
- Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment - ideally 3 yrs.
- A background of working within a Pharma, Life-science and or Healthcare Marketing/Digital Agency
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail for proofing, deadlines, and estimating.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A strong awareness and aptitude for marketing.
- High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
- Good financial/commercial awareness.
- Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
