Complaints Resolution Specialist

A dynamic organisation is seeking a resilient and professional individual to join their complaints/resolutions team. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for resolving complaints in a professional manner, working to KPI's and ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and acknowledge complaints and service issues in a timely manner
- Investigate issues/complaints, liaising with internal staff to determine faults
- Resolve issues efficiently, prioritising client satisfaction
- Provide regular updates to management and develop training tools to aid improvement
- Utilise client databases and systems to maintain a high level of service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to new situations
- Methodical approach to work
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
