Our client, a leading global engineering organization, is seeking an experienced Quality and Regulatory Engineer to join their team in Fife on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to ensure supplier safety, quality, and delivery performance meet defined metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance their capabilities through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product requirements and communicate quality initiatives to stakeholders.
- Apply expertise in core manufacturing and inspection processes, including forging, fabrication, machining, coating, welding, and NDT.
- Understand the interactions between industry and regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
