Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to support the sales and operations of our showrooms in Belgravia and Chelsea Harbour. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Showrooms Manager and the Sales Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Showrooms Manager and Sales Team in both showrooms, providing administrative and operational support as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data updates and internal documentation.
- Contribute to showroom merchandising and upkeep, ensuring compliance with de Le Cuona standards.
- Maintain and replenish the samples library for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Follow up on sample orders for general retail clients, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients warmly and assisting with their needs.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Keen interest in interior textiles and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Previous experience in a showroom or related industry, preferably in luxury interior textiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work between Chelsea Harbour and Belgravia Showrooms, as required.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
