About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Anasuria Operating Company Limited (AOC). As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and closure of Operational Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Support the development of Instrument & Control discipline safety studies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare and present asset data for HSEx inspections to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, emissions reduction, asset life extension, and CMMS maintenance scheduling.
  • Align vendor mobilisations with CMMS scheduling to ensure efficient maintenance activities.
  • Support SECE and non-SECE maintenance lookahead activities to manage maintenance while minimising backlog.
  • Take ownership of electrical-based changes and contribute to all plant changes following the MoC process.
  • Provide electrical engineering input to the development and execution of brownfield projects.
  • Support ICP inspections and drive action close-out to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Take ownership of EX register upkeep and vendor mobilisation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide input to the 6-week, 90-day, and 6Q integrated asset plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop annual budgets to support ongoing maintenance and improvement initiatives.
  • Improve the effectiveness of maintenance schedules based on risk/reliability analysis to ensure efficient maintenance activities.
  • Manage electrical risks on the asset Risk Register to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay updated on changes to legislation and ensure compliance with international standards and industry best practices.
  • Support critical spares management initiatives in line with the asset maintenance strategy for all electrical equipment.
  • Support 5-year production loss investigations and progress improvement plans based on investigation findings.
  • Conduct periodic visits offshore to conduct audits and support offshore personnel.
  • Attend monthly meetings with Electrical Engineering TA and drive action close-out to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support and mentor other discipline engineers and junior Electrical Engineers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Assess the competency of offshore Electrical technicians to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Honours degree qualified in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent time in the oil & gas industry.
  • Experience in mobilising and working in both onshore and offshore environments.
  • Working experience and/or knowledge of EX inspections and remedial work.
