About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Senior Site Lead, where you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and improving patient outcomes. You will be responsible for leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, developing strategic plans, and implementing process improvements to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient flow and reduce length of stay
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional standards of care and service delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organisational change and improvement initiatives
  • Analyse complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive business intelligence

Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Masters degree or First degree and management qualification, MBA or equivalent experience in similar role
  • Health Care Professional with relevant professional registration
  • Evidence of continuous professional development

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Project management qualification

Estimated Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
