About the Role

Ferrovial Construction UK is seeking a Health and Safety Graduate to join its team. As a Health and Safety Graduate, you will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of health and safety standards on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with health and safety legislation and company standards
  • Support the development and delivery of health and safety training programs
  • Assist in investigating incidents and near misses and implementing corrective actions
  • Contribute to the maintenance of health and safety records and reports
  • Support the development and implementation of health and safety metrics and KPIs

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and standards
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
