As a Poolside Safety Officer at our Norwich Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our members.
Salary and BenefitsThe hourly rate for this position is £12.01, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to supplement their income while enjoying a relaxed work environment. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, Access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment for our members.
- Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet facilities.
- Make sure everyone who arrives at our club enjoys a warm welcome and efficient service.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Connect with members, helping them to feel valued and supported.
- Paying close attention to safety and responding to any incidents straight away.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Able to provide ongoing training records
- Bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
