Nurse Practitioner for Children

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team in the Northwest region.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with complex care patients, including those requiring Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or spinal care unit expertise.
Main Responsibilities:- To ensure the safe transition and mobilisation of complex care packages from hospital to home.
- To maintain ongoing services for existing clients, guaranteeing exceptional standards of care and safety are consistently achieved.
This role involves supporting both day and night shifts, with direct reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager and collaboration with Complex Care Managers (CCMs), ICBs, other professional bodies, and key team members.
Salary: £35 per hour (nights)
Estimated Annual Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 based on 40 hours per week and assuming an average of 35 hours worked per week at £35 per hour (nights).
Key Requirements:- A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Extensive experience working in ICU, spinal care units, or with complex care patients.
- The ability to provide specialised care and manage complex cases, including advanced procedures and multi-disciplinary interventions.
- Experience in providing care to both adult and pediatric patients.
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays for permanent employees.
