Customer Service Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:- Process customer inquiries in accordance with company procedures, collaborating with Field Sales, Engineering, and M2M teams to ensure seamless departmental involvement.
- Access the Global pricing system to prepare quotations for standard catalogue products and services, utilizing implemented methods to calculate customer pricing.
- Receive and process Purchase Orders from customers, entering orders into the ERP System (Glovia) and sending out order acknowledgements.
- Collect and evaluate customer requirements and other information to support Contract review performance.
- Work with the Planning Department to agree on and maintain the planned ship date to the customer for items built on-site.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain awareness of any changes to the delivery schedule, updating the schedule and keeping the customer informed as necessary.
- Collect and log customer feedback, coordinating resolution of customer complaints and returns with relevant departments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and pass them to the relevant department, taking messages and/or transferring calls as necessary.
- Attend the weekly Production meeting to make notes of changes to customers' shipping dates.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director or General Manager.
- B2B Customer Service experience, ideally from a manufacturing or electronics company.
- Effective communication at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards.
- Experience with an ERP and/or a CRM system.
- Ability to understand technical language, work with a technical catalogue, and read a simple technical drawing.
