Customer Service Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:- Process customer enquiries in accordance with company procedures and work with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
- Access global pricing systems to prepare quotations for standard catalogue products and services, and calculate customer pricing using implemented methods.
- Receive and process Purchase Orders from customers, enter orders into the ERP System, and send out order acknowledgements.
- Collect and evaluate customer requirements and other information to support contract reviews.
- Work with the Planning Department to agree on and maintain planned ship dates to customers.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain awareness of any changes to the delivery schedule.
- Collect and log customer feedback, and coordinate resolution of customer complaints and returns.
- Answer incoming phone calls and pass them to relevant departments, take messages, and/or transfer calls as necessary.
- Attend weekly Production meetings to note changes to customers' shipping dates.
- B2B Customer Service experience, ideally from a manufacturing or electronics company.
- Effective communication skills at all levels.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/AS 9100 standards.
- Experience with an ERP and/or CRM system.
- Ability to understand technical language, work with a technical catalogue, and read simple technical drawings.
