Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Enquiries: Process customer enquiries in accordance with our company's processes and procedures, working closely with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
- Order Management: Receive and process Purchase Orders from customers, entering orders into our ERP System and sending out order acknowledgements.
- Contract Review: Collect and evaluate customer requirements and other information to support the performance of contract reviews.
- Delivery Schedule: Maintain awareness of any changes to the delivery schedule, updating the schedule and keeping customers informed as necessary.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and log customer feedback, coordinating resolution of customer complaints and returns with relevant departments.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, pass them to the relevant department, take messages, and/or transfer calls as necessary.
- B2B Customer Service Experience: Ideally from a manufacturing or electronics company.
- Effective Communication: At all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9100 standards, experience with an ERP and/or CRM system, and ability to understand technical language and read simple technical drawings.
- Team Player: Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- IT Literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Self-Motivated: Co-operative and able to operate effectively in a matrix organisation structure.
