Job Description

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum and is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Adult Nurse Manager to join our team.

As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a small client caseload, assisting and leading on training and support provided to the team, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Working closely with commissioners and the multidisciplinary team to support adults and their families who require a home-based care package.
  • Meeting with clients and their families to introduce Superior Healthcare and the service we provide.
  • Acquiring a detailed knowledge of clients' needs and developing a personalised and descriptive care support plan.
  • Undertaking risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate identified areas of risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience.

You should also possess up-to-date competencies in caring for adults with tracheostomies and ventilated patients, as well as experience in supporting healthcare workers to achieve similar competencies.

A strong organisation skillset, excellent written and spoken English, and ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team are essential requirements.
